Serpentine aneurysm of the posterior circulation: Report of two cases

Giant serpentine aneurysms form a subgroup of giant intracranial aneurysms with specific radiological and surgical features. Previous reports have stressed the predilection of these lesions for the carotid circulation, particularly the middle cerebral artery.
