Spinal anesthesia (SA) is one of the most routinely administered anesthesia procedures currently. However, the SA failure rate differs between 1 and 17% The age of the patient, and the position at which the strategy is conducted. OR the features of the technical surgery can affect success. Also in cesarean section, the failed spinal anesthesia is a revolting moment for both mother and anesthetist that may cause decreased maternal satisfaction and may potentially knock fetal and maternal outcomes.
